Returns

Labour of Fashion prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days of the ship date. However, we cannot accept garments that have been worn, washed or altered. Simply fill out the return form inside the package and send us the items you would like to return/exchange.

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges
Labour of Fashion is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. Due to limitied quantities we also recommend that you go ahead and place an order for the item(s) that you want instead. That way it will not sell out before your original merchandise gets back to us.

Returns
Labour of Fashion recommends that you send back your return with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns take approximately 7 business days to be processed once received. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.
